ABOUT THE FOUNDER
At Be Bold Advisors, Ron Kutrieb draws on decades of actual hands‑on experience as founder, CEO and president of several companies to help business owners create scalable, profitable and resilient companies.
Ron built the company from concept to national scale, integrating healthcare, technology, operations and regulatory compliance which ultimately led the successful sale of SafeDose for $20 million in December 2023.
He founded SafeDose Pharmacy, a national institutional pharmacy specializing in the delivery of compliance‑packaged medications across the United States.
Under his leadership, SafeDose became a leading provider of clinical and technology‑enabled pharmacy solutions for organizations serving intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals, including residential and community care providers, group homes, adult day programs, and correctional institutions.
Ron served as Trustee, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Realty Income Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol “RIT.”
During his ten‑year tenure, assets grew from 20 million to 100 million dollars, while the Trust maintained profitable operations and paid continuous dividends averaging more than a 10 percent return on equity to shareholders.
He was responsible for asset and liability management, portfolio performance, and overall organizational administration for a portfolio of equity, preferred equity, and mortgage investments located across the United States.
At Homart Development Co., a nationwide regional mall developer and Sears subsidiary, Ron’s primary responsibility was to structure and package the company for conversion to a publicly held real estate investment trust (REIT).
He led portfolio analysis, pro forma financial projections, and corporate strategy for REIT conversion and operation, resulting in a 1 billion dollar equity recapitalization.
Leveraging extensive investment banking relationships from prior public‑company experience, Ron positioned the offering to the investment community, culminating in a private sale to an existing REIT.
As a principal of Professional Business Coaches, Inc., Ron helps business owners and leadership teams clarify their vision, align their organizations, and execute strategic growth plans.
He works side‑by‑side with clients on business management, restructuring, and transformation, with deep experience in strategic planning, marketing and sales, organizational design, engineering consulting, and project management.
Ron provides executive coaching, leadership development, and facilitated planning sessions that translate strategy into practical action, accountability, and measurable results.

WHY CHOOSE US
Ron joined Realty Income Trust in 1969, a publicly held real estate investment trust listed on the Amex. Within one year he was named President and CEO. He ran the Trust for ten years paying continuous dividends to shareholders averaging a 10% return on equity. He grew the Trust to $100 million in investments throughout the country. After leaving the Trust he started his own real estate investment and development company which initiated and managed multiple properties in New England. In 1999 he formed SafeDose pharmacy which served the disabled population in multiple states. He successfully and profitably exited the business in 2024. Ron has recently become a board member of AI Compliance Technologies in Vail, AZ.
Ron attended Colgate University where he played varsity football and was a Franklin G. Brehmer Scholar. After a three-year period of record sales with IBM, he enrolled in Harvard Business School where he excelled academically and was president of the Inter Club Council and winner of the Best New Program Award.
Ron’s track record in both public and private companies makes him uniquely qualified to assist and mentor organizations and individuals in his current roles as coach and consultant. He also has contributed significantly to not-for-profit entities, the latest of which is Habitat for Humanity where he successfully raised over $2 million through monetizing their mortgage portfolio.
